Shhh! Whispir pulls a Swift(y)

Mobile communications vendor Whispir has appointed Jonathan Swift as head of product and programs.

"We're pleased Jonathan is on board to guide our products and technology, and help solve the communications challenges of organisations across the world," said chief executive and chairman Jeromy Wells.

"Through our products, Whispir is placing communications firmly at the intersection of businesses, technology and people. Our product design process is a combination of research, engineering, design, development and delivery."

Swift has worked in the technology industry for 20 years, most recently at Frontier Software where he was head of product management for six years.

He previously held management roles at Inzenius, Attend Anywhere, and ARRB Group. Earlier in his career, Swift was an engineer at Avnet and Xilinx.

Swift holds an MEng in electronics with business management from the University of York.
