Dale takes up the reins at Rision

Mobile technology company Rision has appointed Andrew Dale as its chief executive.

"Our strategic reset and new technology goals culminated in an extensive search process to find the right CEO," said chairman Adam Serakowski. "We are delighted to have Andrew Dale join the team."

The appointment follows a complete restructure of the business and a strategic focus on winning major international contracts in the workforce rostering sector, he said. Paul Steele has been serving as interim CEO.

Dale previously held APAC sales director roles at CU2 Global Distribution, Jasco, and Millennium Hallmark Software. He has also served as southern regional manager of Harris Technology, southern region sales and marketing manager at NEC Australia, and sales director at Circa Telecommunications.

He is a member of the Australian Institute of Management, the Australian Business Network and the Malaysian and Singapore Institute of Management.
