Indian outsourcing and ICT services giant Infosys has launched its second-generation Artificial Intelligence platform – Nia – which it claims tackles “breakthrough” business problems such as forecasting revenues, forecasting what products need to be built, understanding customer behaviour, the content of contracts and legal documents and understanding compliance and fraud.
