City Football Group is the parent of the Manchester City, New York City, Melbourne City and Yokohama F. Marinos football clubs.

Adopting SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central allowed City Football Group to combine its data into a single structure, while SAP SuccessFactors Performance & Goals allowed a standardisation of performance management at the various clubs.
Performance reviews are now managed through an interactive online portal, employees have self-service access to HR functions, and the centralised HR data is available to other business systems.
City Football Group is also using SAP Jam to communicate football and company news to employees, to support collaboration, and to simplify the organisation of community initiatives.
